Dublin born, Emma is based in London, UK and often travels globally for clients.
Emma Synnott is a well established digital professional with a passion for content.
Emma’s time in Accenture saw her deliver B2B content strategies and lend event support at a number of high profile projects - including Inclusion & Diversity events such as, International Women's Day and Inspirefest. Emma also worked on the teams responsible for Accenture sponsorships such as the Dublin Web Summit, the 6 Nations Rugby Tournament, and the Digital Media Awards. She trail-blazed by setting up Accenture's first ever Sponsorship with Offset Dublin. Emma worked with many high profile Accenture Managing Directors across the UK, Ireland, and the U.S on a broad range of strategic content plans, event management and high impact communications.
Prior to Accenture, Emma worked in AIG, before travelling and returning to college in 2009 to study a BA (Hons) in Creative Digital Media.
After graduating college during the great recession, Emma entered the world of freelance, working on numerous projects with high profile clients. Emma joined Accenture’s Irish Marketing Team in January 2015. In January 2017 Emma joined the Accenture Global Operations Team working on re-packaging digital content for numerous global marketing projects.
Since 2013, Emma had worked part time in traditional media/ digital content, with a focus on photography, alongside her full time roles. Taking a chance to pursue this full time from 2018, and managing the business through the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic gave time for a new perspective on the future of work and how to drive business forward, specifically, strategy, content curation and people engagement in the post pandemic world.
After completing a PGc in Innovation & Enterprise Development in 2019, Emma is developing Synnott Media into an all round traditional and digital media service. Emma has studied in the area of online behaviour and digital ethics, which is becoming a huge area of concern in our current world as regards digital strategy, safety and our digital footprint.
In her spare time Emma loves to travel - she also likes to keep as active as possible - exercising and being in the outdoors are of huge importance.
